I just want to take up this space to say goodbye to all of you. Something unexpected came up and I wouldn't be able to devote the time I like to TDg. I would like you all to know that I have enjoyed my time here at GC. You guys are the best players on the net and I will miss all of you.
Take care and good pegging ! Red

So sorry to see you go Redjag....you have been a wonderful asset to the cribbage family....But as I read Peg's note, it seems this is a good thing for you. Wishing you and your family the best success and yes don't be a stranger, 'OUR' friend....we will be anxiously awaiting your return, if only for a visit, so you can tell us all about your exciting new adventure. Again, all the best and thanks for doing a TERRIFIC job as hostess......keep in touch and drop us a line or two, once in a while

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
